1. Scope of Service:

• Our cleaning services are tailored to the specific needs of each client. The exact scope of the service (e.g., basic cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, exclusive kitchen cleaning) will be agreed upon and detailed in the initial quote and/or service confirmation.

2. Scheduling and Confirmation:

​

• All cleanings must be scheduled in advance.

• The date and time of the service will be confirmed in writing (text message, email) once an agreement has been reached with the client.

• We strive to adhere to agreed-upon schedules, but unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, the client will be notified as soon as possible.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

​

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of a service.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the service cost or a fixed fee, at Fresh & Flawless's discretion.

• In the event that our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time without prior notice, a failed visit charge will be applied. View company policies.

4. Property Access:

• It is the client's responsibility to ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon time.

• The client must inform Fresh & Flawless how access will be provided (e.g., leaving a key, someone will be present to open, access code).

• If a key is provided, it will be kept secure and returned as agreed.

5. Home Preparation and Valuables:

​

• To ensure the efficiency and quality of the service, the client is requested to pick up personal items, clothes, toys, and declutter surfaces before the cleaning team arrives. This allows our staff to focus on cleaning tasks.

• It is essential that the client removes and secures all valuables, cash, jewelry, important documents, fragile art objects, small electronics, and any other items of high sentimental or economic value before each service.

• Fresh & Flawless House Cleaning Company LLC is not responsible for the loss or damage of valuables not secured or removed before cleaning.

6. Supplies and Equipment:

​

• Fresh & Flawless House Cleaning Company LLC provides all necessary cleaning products and equipment to perform the service, unless otherwise agreed with the client (e.g., use of client's specific products).

• The client must inform us in advance if the use of their products is necessary due to health reasons (allergies, asthma).

• We use high-quality products to ensure optimal results and the safety of your home.

7. Payments:

• Payment terms will be specified in the quote.

• Payment is expected upon completion of the service.

• We accept cash, Zelle, check, and PayPal.

• Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

8. Damages and Liability:

• Fresh & Flawless House Cleaning Company LLC takes all reasonable precautions to prevent damage during the service. Please note that the company is insured.

• In the unlikely event of accidental damage, the client must notify Fresh & Flawless within 24 hours of service completion.

• We will investigate the incident and take appropriate measures to resolve the situation.

• Client satisfaction is our top priority.

• If you are not completely satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours of cleaning completion so we can address your concerns.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality:

• We respect the privacy of our clients and maintain the confidentiality of all information related to their home and belongings.

 

11. Pets:

• Clients are requested to inform us if there are pets in the home and to take necessary measures to ensure their safety and that of our staff during the service.
